Just Kitten!!

No but seriously, I've felt I little bit of judgement from my friends lately about this blog. Yes, I'm blogging about cats -- problem?! I never mentioned it, but this blog is required for a class I'm taking. So when my friends in the class ask me what's my blog called, I have to tell them it's called "Catz4Life". This is followed by very judgmental looks and comments. Hey, this may not be a thought-provoking blog about technology or current events, but this blog has HEART.

Aside from this blog, I truly believe that it's important to not make assumptions about a person until you know the entire circumstances of their actions. This is something that I really try and embody when meeting new people. I really think you'll miss out on some very interesting people. Anyways, just some piece of mind for the next few people you'll meet!

Also, judging friends, I'd like to point out that you were friends with this crazy cat girl from before, so you should reflect on your own ability to make friends. HA! (Don't worry, I know you're all just joking. Love you all too!!)

Hey kittiez,

Hope you're all enjoying life! I've FINALLY gotten a chance to relax after 2 weeks of non-stop hectic studying (I did you a favour and didn't blog about studying). That's right, the first midterm season. This is a time where the majority of students are more-or-less brain dead. You should've seen my co-worker and a customer (who are both students) trying to figure out the correct amount of change -- ridiculous.

I've literally done NOTHING today. Feels good. Just ate a ton, took a cat nap, and chilled with some hommies. #LovinLife today.

In the spirit of cat week, I really want to get a kitty. It would really be an experience, since I've never owned a cat before. Lately, there have been so many signs that have really made me want one.

My neighbors have two of the most ADORABLE kittens. I live in an apartment on the second level with an open staircase design. Everyday when I come home, I can see the two kittens through the window curled up on a chair as I walk up the stairs. They're all cuddled up and cozy together. It's so cute!! Once I was coming home and one was on the desk in front of the window, just peaking its little head out at me!! I want one. This being said, the apartments are all owned by the same landlord, and I know our lease outlines his consent to owning one cat only. It is therefore reasonable to assume that there lease also allows only one cat... Blackmail opportunity? It's so CUTE -- but, I could never *sigh* ...I just want to spread the kitty love. That's all...

I also just discovered that my friend is adopting a cat!! The jealousy is kicking in, my friends. It's like when you have wanted a pair of shoes for the longest time, and then your best friend goes and buys them. It's not fair!! Wow, if I'm comparing owning a cat to an accessory, I'm probably going to be the worst cat owner... 

The closest I'll ever get to owning a cat.

Maybe one day. But for now, I'll just have to continue surfing the Web looking at cute cat videos and pictures. I'll have permanent googly eyes and there will be many "IT'S SO CUTE"s, but it's probably for the better.

That's the basic extent to which this blog will go into a cat obsession. It's more about my day-to-day life and, in my opinion, pressing issues that I'd like to discuss. There will however be a casual mention of kittens here and there. They're just too cute!!
